How Lingxi AI Hub decides what to publish, where our information comes from, how we handle corrections, and how we use AI in our own workflow.

Who publishes this site

Lingxi AI Hub (https://lingxi-words.com) is an independent editorial publication covering artificial intelligence software. It is written, edited and maintained by Kelen, the site's founder and editor. We are not owned by, funded by, or affiliated with any AI vendor, and no AI company has any editorial control over what we publish. The person responsible for what is published here is Kelen, and they can be reached at the contact address below.

Our purpose is narrow and practical: help a reader who is trying to choose an AI tool make that decision faster and with fewer surprises. We are not a news outlet chasing announcements, and we do not publish content simply because a product exists.

What we publish

  • Tool profiles — what a product does, what it costs, who it suits, and where it falls short.
  • Category guides — how the tools in one category compare against each other, and which one to pick for a specific job.
  • Long-form explains — practical guides to workflows, pricing models, and common mistakes.
  • Factual updates — price changes, discontinued features, renamed products and dead links, corrected as we find them.

Where our information comes from

Every factual claim on the Site — pricing, free-plan limits, supported platforms, model names, company ownership — is taken from a primary source: the vendor's own pricing page, product documentation, release notes, or a statement from the vendor. We do not treat third-party listicles, scraped directories or AI-generated summaries as sources for factual claims.

Where a fact is time-sensitive, the page shows the date we last verified it. AI pricing and free tiers change more often than almost any other software category we have worked with, so dates matter more here than they do elsewhere.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell rankings, placements or reviews. Payment cannot buy a listing, a position, or a better grade.
  • We do not publish a page purely to capture search traffic for a keyword. If a tool page does not tell a reader something useful, it does not belong here.
  • We do not claim to have tested something we have not tested. Where our assessment is based on documentation and our own hands-on use of the free tier rather than a paid, full-scale trial, we say so on the page.
  • We do not copy descriptions from vendor press kits or from other directories. Descriptions are written by us.

How we use AI in our own workflow

We are a publication about AI, and we use AI tools in the course of producing it — for outlining, restructuring drafts, checking grammar, and generating the first pass of category illustrations. We disclose this because it would be dishonest for a site like ours to pretend otherwise.

What AI does not do here: it does not decide what we publish, it does not produce the factual claims, and it does not write a page's conclusions. Pricing figures, feature lists, limitations and recommendations are checked by a human against primary sources before publication, and a human is accountable for every published page. Every image on the Site that is not a vendor logo is either licensed stock or original artwork generated by our team — it is never a real person presented as a member of our staff.

Corrections policy

We get things wrong sometimes — most often because a vendor changed its pricing or killed a feature after we checked. When that happens:

  • Factual errors are corrected as soon as we confirm them, usually within a few days of being notified.
  • Substantive corrections — a wrong price, a wrong ownership claim, a wrong limitation — are noted at the bottom of the affected page with the date.
  • If you believe something on the Site is inaccurate, email us with the page URL and the source you are relying on. We will look at it and reply.

To report an error, use our contact page or email jinchengda66@163.com.

Update cadence

Tool pages are reviewed on a rolling basis and price checks are re-run at least quarterly. Category guides are revisited when a significant product launches or an existing pick changes materially. Pages carry the date they were last reviewed so you can judge how fresh they are; we do not silently change content while leaving an old date in place.
